How can knowledgemosaic assist the transactional researcher?  In myriad ways.  We have thousands of deal documents (merger agreements, asset purchase agreements, etc.) searchable as exhibits on our SEC Filings page.  You can also search by deals using a combination of form type/group selection and keywords, not to mention 8-K Items.

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  Track IPOs, exempt offerings, and Act of ’33 registrations.  Find proposed mergers by searching on the FTC’s Early Termination Notices under Hart-Scott Rodino.  Search law firm memos — or set up daily memo alerts — for categories like Mergers, Acquisitions, & Joint Ventures or Antitrust & Competition.
