On Monday, we’ll launch the widely anticipated KM3 release of our research platform. A number of the improvements and new resources we’re proud to be adding to our site will be found in what will soon be called our SEC Disclosure & Transactions section.

You’ll find that our 8-K Item search functionality will be incorporated into the SEC Filings page, allowing your search for special events such as bankruptcies, deals, and delistings to be combined with the vast array of parameters already available. Better yet, we’re adding 10-K Item searching, so you can home in on executive compensation, beneficial ownership, MD&A, financial statements, and more. On our results page, you’ll find that XBRL financial data is now available in Excel.  Finally, we’ve streamlined the presentation of this all-encompassing page, allowing you to see everything you need and get rid of the rest.

Also within our SEC Disclosure & Transactions section, you’ll find our refined and improved Exempt Offerings search, which features all electronic filings of Form D. Our Risk Factors page will be faster than ever, and will now support full Boolean searching, including proximity operators and nested searching. From our newly enhanced proprietary database on our Law Firm Relationships page, you can export results to Excel to sort and filter by a variety of parameters. And on our Registrations Search page, we’ll now include the option to filter for underwriter or issuer only.

Stay tuned for more sneak peeks of what’s to come!
