Few companies can be more justified in listing avian influenza among the risk factors they disclose than Chinese duck producer and distributor Zheng Hui Industry Corp. And in an initial public offering filed this week, they did exactly that.  We expect the contents of IPOs to be predictable and, to be honest, pretty boring.  After browsing our Registrations and SEC Filings search pages, however, we’ve turned up a few examples that are making us reevaluate those prejudices.   Stay tuned for a sampling of the black sheep of the IPO family.
